The Continuing Education Registration Center (CERC) team provides comprehensive enrollment services for your continuing education courses, events and programs. We can manage your event registration, payments and more so you can focus on your learners’ educational experience. With our registration system, we can also award and track CEUs as well as maintain learner records. No matter the size or modality of your event, we’ve got you covered!
Standard registration services packages include:
- Customized online registration site for your learners (with UW–Madison logo)
- Payment management (including credit card processing)
- Online access to a suite of reports including real-time rosters, event data, financial reports and more
- Name badges with UW–Madison logo (or provided conference logo), printed and assembled with badge holders and lanyards
- Email confirmations and event reminders for attendees
- Final statements of program income
- Attendee lists for conference coordinators
- Tracking Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and distributing certificates of completion to attendees
